Remote Sensors
Know More. Control Smarter.
The NetX RSBus sensor network connects up to 16 remote sensors per thermostat over a simple 3-wire daisy-chain with no separate controller. Sensor data feeds directly into HVAC decisions: temperature averaging, occupancy-based setback, leak detection, and more.
NT-URS: Universal Remote Sensor
The backbone of the NetX sensor network. Measures indoor temperature and humidity, and serves as the hub for all NT-URS add-on probes. Configure up to six NT-URS units per thermostat as indoor temp and humidity sensors, plus one outdoor, and up to three auxiliary sensors. Pairs with optional flush-mount (NT-FS) probe for invisible wall installations.
NT-DRS: Digital Remote Temperature Probe
For the X-Series Thermostats, dedicated auxiliary temperature sensing for tighter environmental monitoring in critical or remote locations. Typically used for in-duct sensing, like supply and return in walk-in freezers and refrigerators.
NT-OSC: Occupancy Sensor
For the X-Series & J5T Thermostats, ceiling-mount (NT-OSC) passive infrared occupancy sensors. Connect directly to the thermostat to enable automatic setback when spaces are unoccupied, reducing energy waste without manual scheduling.

NT-MOD-CO2: On-Board CO2 Sensing Module
Adds CO2 sensing directly to X-Series and J-Series thermostats. This enables Demand Control Ventilation (DCV) on X-Series thermostats, automatically adjusting fresh air delivery based on actual occupancy levels. CO2 sensing is a direct path to ASHRAE 62.1 and Title 24 compliance (acting an OCST) and measurable energy savings.
NT-PWIRE-2: Power Wire Adapter
Solves the common retrofit challenge of missing common wire (C-wire) in existing thermostat installations. Enables any NetX thermostat deployment in legacy wiring configurations without rewiring.
NT-PWR24: 24VAC Power Supply
Dedicated 24VAC power supply for NetX thermostats and accessories — ensuring clean, reliable power in installations where HVAC equipment power is unavailable or unreliable.
NT-485: Modbus RTU Translator
Extends Modbus RS-485 connectivity to X-Series thermostats, enabling integration with Building Automation Systems (BAS), energy management platforms, and third-party controllers via Modbus RTU protocol.
