Build America, Buy America
On February 23, 2024, the Department of Commerce issued the Final Limited General Applicability Nonavailability Waiver under the Build America Buy America (BABA) Act. This waiver requires certain products to be manufactured in the United States to qualify for use in the Broadband Equity, Access, and Deployment (BEAD) program. The products listed on this page follow the NTIA’s process for supplier self-certification, confirming BABA waiver compliance.
